Although my mother forbade me and my sister from going out with friends after school, we went with a friend of ours to have McDonald's nearby our home after a coincidental meeting on the same bus. We enjoyed our time having lunch together, especially because it was the first time we ever got to do that. However, upon our return home, our mother suspected that we went to do something else aside from journeying home as we took longer than usual to make it back. While we tried denying such, we weren't able to lie to her out of fear, and ended up admitting the truth. We were harshly scolded afterwards.
