In a bustling medieval market square.

As I began to speak, outlining the project's objectives, methodologies, and anticipated outcomes, I noticed a shift in the room. Gradually, the murmurs subsided, and all eyes turned towards me. It was in those moments of silence between my sentences where I truly saw myself through their eyes. I could see the senior executives, usually stoic and reserved, leaning slightly forward in their chairs, their eyes fixed on the screen and then back to me, nodding in agreement with my points.

My colleagues, with whom I had shared countless hours and discussions, were now watching me with a new level of respect and admiration. Some were taking notes, others were smiling encouragingly. The subtle cues – the occasional nods, the exchanged glances, the smiles – all conveyed their appreciation and acknowledgment of my hard work and dedication.

A particularly affirming moment came when I saw my manager, a person whose approval I deeply valued, give me a small but unmiste and my passion for my work, leaving me energized and motivated to forge ahead with even greater enthusiasm.
